Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Method Manual Physiotherapy (“we”, “us”) collects when you book with us or receive treatment, why we need it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
Method Manual Physiotherapy, N-236, Nandi Vithi Marg, Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi. You can reach us on +91 92174 38011 or at deepti@methodpt.in.
What we collect
- Contact details you give when booking: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Appointment details: the service you choose, dates and times, and any notes you add.
- Health information you share with us or that we record during your care, such as your medical history, symptoms, assessment findings, treatment notes, and completed intake forms.
- Payment records, if you pay online or we issue you an invoice.
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the client portal.
Why we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you about, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- To assess and treat you safely, and to keep clinical records of your care.
- To bill you and keep financial records.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To meet our legal and professional obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job for us:
- Carepatron, our booking and clinical records system. It stores your appointments, records, and forms on our behalf. Its servers may be outside India.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there. Please avoid sending detailed medical documents over WhatsApp. We can give you a secure way to share them through the client portal instead.
- Other healthcare professionals involved in your care, only with your consent or where the law allows it.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to share information.
This website
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts, so those services receive your device’s IP address when you visit. The booking calendar is provided by Carepatron, which may set cookies needed to make it work.
How long we keep it
We keep clinical records for as long as we need them to care for you and to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
How we protect it
Access to your records is limited to the people who need it to care for you. Our records system uses encryption and secure logins. If a data breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
- Ask us to correct, complete, or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data. We may need to keep some records where the law or professional rules require it, and we will tell you if that applies.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but we may not be able to continue your care without the information we need.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
- Raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, contact Deepti at deepti@methodpt.in or call +91 92174 38011.
Patients under 18
Appointments for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on the child’s behalf.
